For our public group tours you can cancel at any time up until 24 hours before your tour and receive a 100% refund. This means if your tour is starting at 10am, you must email or call us to cancel your booking before 10am the day before in order to qualify for your refund.
For our PRIVATE tours you can cancel at any time up until 48 hours before your tour starting time and receive a 100% refund. This means that you must email or call us to cancel your booking up to 48 hrs before the starting date/time in order to qualify for your refund.
In no event shall Insider Tour, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Insider Tour, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Insider Tour from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
